Imperfect Tuesdays
To start a Small Group at work… that WAS my hesitation. But then I was reminded, God uses IMPERFECT PEOPLE. People who knows they’re so imperfect that they CANNOT BOAST OF ANYTHING apart from Him.

To top off my saddest week in The Fort, Kirk and I composed a “cheer”, not to deliberately cheer myself up, but partly to be used for welcoming the company newbies on Monday. Kind of a company pakulo with prize for the best floor level with the warmest welcome. And we could not think of anything else, given the two days heads-up, but to deliver a scripted cheer. I know I said to our CTO (big boss) that I’m not in the mood to produce something (sapilitan talaga).. but, you know, sometimes God wants to tickle us in various unexpected ways. Eh ang hirap pala talaga mag-pa-bibbo… naaatasan biglaan. It took us several recording takes before coming up with a decent (cross that out) duet and before we could finish the last song, “We are the Champions”, we would always belt out a very hearty laugh! Pavaroti in a rollercoaster naman kasi ang peg nitong si Kirk! Feel na feel ang lyrics! Hahaha! Ganun ata talaga when you try to feel the lyrics of this song very deeply.

I guess one of the things I would like to improve on myself for the coming new year is that which has something to do with this blog. Ako yung tipong pag lumipas na nang malayo ung isang kaganapan, tamaderos na mag-update. Parang ang hirap na kasing balikan ung hype eh. Di pa naman ako ung tipong writer na mabulaklak sa salita… or who keeps a personal ‘Dear Diary’. Thus, I should make it a point to post thoughts and events within the week they happened. Ay nako kung makikita niyo lang ang DRAFTS tab ko… ang daming kwentong panis na!
Isang factor rin siguro ang dahil sa wala akong magamit na laptop. Sige na nga mag-iipon na ‘ko ng pambili! Yep, I’m a programmer na mahilig mag-edit ng videos ngunit wala akong computer. Thank You, Lord, in advance.
The next series of posts will be about random happenings during the -BER months of 2011. Methinks mas mabuti nang panis kaysa bulok.

First time atang may sumayaw sa Townhall meeting sa opisina. Super lurkey lang kasi mob dance epektus! Di namin alam kelan magsisimula ang tugtog basta’t abang lang daw the dancers. Naipit ako nang konti ng mga tao bago makapasok on cue. Haha.
